SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA — Marines Acting Sgt. Arnold R. Craig, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Craig of 903 Nutwood, and Sgt. James Miller, Jr., of 1017 E. Center, all of Anaheim, took part in a desert war training exercise March 10-20, in the Southern California desert near the 29 Palms Marine Corps Base. The exercise was designed to round out the Fifth Marine Regiment which has already taken them through amphibious, airphibious, mountain and snow survival training.
