NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL ON A PROPOSED NEW COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Wednesday, the 4th day of March, 1958, at the hour of 7:00 o'clock P.M., a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers in the City Hall,
204 East Center Street, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, to receive and consider evidence, statements and opinions, together with information, evidence and reports previously obtained by the Council concerning the proposed adoption of a new compprehensive zoning ordinance entitled "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM," REPEALING ALL ORDERS OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THEREOF IN CONFLICT HERE WITH."
and repealing the present zoning ordinance which is Article IX, Chapter of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and all other ordinances or parts thereof, in conflict with the new comprehensive zoning ordinance.
Interested persons may attend the hearing and introduce evidence to make statements and be heard for against the provisions of the comprehensive zoning ordinance any parts thereof. It is requested to written statements incorporating substance of the evidence or statement of any person appearing be found with the City Clerk.
Three copies of this proposed ordinance, excepting the maps and grams which are a part thereof, on file in the office of the City Clerk and may be examined in such during regular office hours.
The maps and diagrams which incorporated in and made a part such proposed ordinance are on exhibit and are available for inspection and examination in the office of City Planning Commission during regular office hours.

Repealing the present zoning ordinance which is Article IX, Chapter 2 of Anaheim Municipal Code, and other ordinances, or parts thereof, therein conflict with the new comprehensive zoning ordinance.
Restricted persons may attend the meetings and introduce evidence and statements and be heard for or provide provisions of the new comprehensive zoning ordinance or parts thereof. It is requested that such statements incorporating the evidence of the evidence or state-of-the-art person appearing be filed in the City Clerk.

PACE OF INTENTION TO CIRCLE PETITION RELATING TO ANNEXATION OF TERRIORY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
TUIT the undersigned proposers to circulate a petition relating to the annexation of the hereinafter described territory to the City of Anaheim, municipality of the Sixth Class of the State of California, and situated in the County of Orange thereof.
Said petition shall contain a request that the question to be submitted to the electors in the territory proposed by said petition to be annexed to said City of Anaheim shall be, whether such territory shall be annexed to, incorporated in and made a part of said City and the property therein, be after such annexation, subject to limitation mainly with the property within the City of Anaheim; and shall be taxed to pay its pro rata portion based upon the assessed valuation of all bonded indebtedness of the City of Anaheim outstanding on the date of the filing of said petition or therefore authorized.
The reasons for the proposed petition are: That if said territory is annexed to the City of Anaheim, the owners thereof and persons living therein will have the benefit of water furnished them by said munity in the manner and at the rates furnished to consumers within said municipality; that said territory will have the benefit of police and fire protection, garbage and trash removal, street lighting, improved roads, and other such services; and that the inhabitants of said territory will have the benefit of being governed by a governmental unit to which they will have close contact.
Said territory is situated in the County of Orange, State of California, and the specific boundaries thereof are as follows:
KATELLA PARK ANNEXATION
A parcel of land being a portion of Sections 19 and 30 of Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.A.M., described as follows:
Beginning at an angle point in the existing Anaheim City limits line as established by the Midwood Manor Annexation to the City of Anaheim, issued by Ordinance No. 1144 on August 15, 1957, and filed with the Secretary of State, September 16, 1957, and point being feet west of the east line and 30 feet south of the north line of said Section 30, said point also being in the Garden Grove City limits line; thence,
1. Westerly along said Garden Grove City limits line to the point of intersection with the southerly prolongation of the east line of Tract No. 2111 as shown on a map in Book 61, Pages 46, 47, and 48 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of The County Recorder of Orange County, State of California; thence,
2. Northerly along said southerly prolongation and first line of said Tract No. 2111 to the point of intersection with the south line of the N.E. of the NE% of said Section 19; thence,
3. Easterly along the last mentioned south line to the point of intersection with the existing City limits line of the City of Anaheim; thence,
4. Southerly along the last mentioned City limits line to the point of beginning.
