In the Matter of the Application of A. ROBERT DWORK and DOROTHY J. DWORK for Change of Names.
WHEREAS, the application of A. Robert Dwork and Dorothy J. Dwork filed with the Clark of this Court, and it appearing from said application that said applicants desire to have their names changed to the proposed names of A. Robert Stevens and Dorothy J. Stevens, respectively.
