LEGAL NOTICE

ORDINANCE NO. 1215
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE IX. CHAPTER 1 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT OF ZONES IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THEREIN REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND YARD SPACES; ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID ZONES; DEFINING THE TERMS USED THEREIN; PROVIDING FOR ADJUSTMENT, AMENDMENTS AND ENGAGEMENT; THENING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND REPEALING ALL SECTIONS OR PARTS OF SECTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones hereafter mentioned and deprived of housing and place for the holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did duly hold and conduct said public hearing to consider such proposed change of zone or zones, and did receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein, and did thereby change of zones as set forth in Resolution No. 49-Series 1959-60 of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 7th day of October, 1958, as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for public opening upon said proposed change or changes of zone, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to hear and understand said evidence and reports, and did thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution No. 4797, finding and determining that a change or changes of zone should be made as set forth in said resolution.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Monday, the 2nd February, 1958, at no hour of 2:00 O'Clock P.M. to receive and consider all evidence and reports at these HEARINGS or obtained previously by the Commission relative to the VERIFIED PETITIONS submitted by the Owners of the following described properties.
VARIANCE NO. 1958 — PETITION SUBMITTED BY CUNNINGHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, 500 South Walnut Street, Anaheim, California, as Lessee, RAYMOND MURPHY, c/o Kunz Sign Company, 15112 Arrow Highway, Baldwin Park, California, as Authorized Agent, requesting permission to ERECT A TEMPORARY DIRECTIONAL SIGN on the property described as the Northwest corner of Highway 39 and Orange Avenue. The property is presently classified R-A. RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL.
VARIANCE NO. 1959 — PETITION SUBMITTED BY CUNNINGHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, 500 South Walnut Street, Anaheim, California, as Lessee, RAYMOND MURPHY, c/o Kunz Sign Company, 15112 Arrow Highway, Baldwin Park, California, as Authorized Agent, requesting permission to ERECT A TEMPORARY DIRECTIONAL SIGN on the property described as the Southeast corner of Highway 39 and Orange Avenue. The property is presently classified R-A. RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL.
(Said property is located at 2000 W. NORTH AVENUE.) now is Zone RESIDENTIAL - AGRICULTURE ZONE, and that it be changed to incorporate in the following way upon the conditions hereinattered north.
That portion of subject property and area fencing on Emu Street, for a depth of approximately 104 feet, be changed to R-1. CAMP FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE; That the remainder of subject property be changed to C-1. NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE; That to the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property erect a six-foot masonry between the properties zoned R-1-C-1.
2. That the owner of subject property become effective unless within days, or such further time as Council may grant, the restricter herein required to be imposed on the property shall have been cut by the owner of the property submitted to the City for application and filed of record.
SECTION 1
The City Clerk shall certify that passage of this Ordinance and related articles within fifteen (15) days after adoption, in the Anaheim Gazette newspaper of general circulation said City, and thirty (30) days after its final passage it shall effect full enforcement.

That Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code "establishing zones in the City of Anaheim and therein regulating the use of land held by buildings and spaces, adopting a map showing the boundaries of said zone; defining the terms used in said Article and Chapter; providing for amendment and enforcement thereof; prescribing penalties for violation and repealing all sections or parts of sections in conflict therewith" be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the zones set forth in said Article IX, Chapter 2 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Map showing such change or changes as follows:
1. That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12 Township South Rear West in New Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as said section is shown on a map filed in Book 51, Page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of said Norwalk quarter with the center line of Anaheim-Olive Road as described in deed recorded in Book 275, Page 85 of Deeds, Records of said County; thence South 0'11"45" West, along the West line of said Northwest quarter, said West line also being the center line of Placentia Avenue, 272.50 feet; thence Robith 98°18'15" East,始于50.00 feet; thence Point of Beginning, thence South 88°45'14" East,始于102.50 feet; thence North 0'11"45" East parallel with said center line of Placentia Avenue, 223.74 feet more or less to the point in the center line of Anaheim-Olive Road; thence North 78°52'26" West along said center line of Anaheim-Olive Road 54.66 feet more or less than South 78°52'26" East 202.50 feet from the intersection of the West line of said Northwest quarter; thence South 0'11"45" West to the True Point of Beginning.

2. That the buildings to be erected on subject property conform in general to the revised plan, dated October 1958.
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for public hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution No. 4777, finding and determining that the major damages should be made as set forth in said resolution.

ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AHAIM AMENDING ARTICLE CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIO TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE USE OF LAND, HEIGHT BUILDINGS AND YARD ACES; ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID NES; DEFINING THE TERMS DUE TO THE PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION, AMENDMENT AND NALTIES FOR INVOLATION AND REHEALING ALL SECTIONS OR PARTS OF SECTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AHAIM DOES ORDAIN FOLLOWS:
THEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Ahaheim may pass the adoptive resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone hereafter mentioned and described and did fix a time and place for the holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Ahaheim Municipal Code duly hold and conduct said resolution. The proposed change of zone or zones did receive evidence and reports on persons interested therein, and recommend a change or changes zones as set forth in Resolution 68—Series 1958-59 of the City Planning Commission; and
THEREAS, upon receipt of the ordinance and recommendation of the Planning Commission, the City Council dated the 5th day of November, 1958, passed the ordinance and adopted it by public hearing upon said proceeded change or changes of zone, did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Ahaheim Municipal Code duly hold and conduct said proceeded change
