Arsene Photo ELAINE KUCHEL Engagement of Elaine Kuchel to ELAINE KUCHEL Engagement of Elaine Kuchel to Mr. Joe Eudemiller Is Announced Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Kuchel have announced the engagement of their daughter, Elaine, to Joe Eudemiller. Miss Kuchel graduated from Fullerton High School, attended the University of Colorado and the University of Southern Cities. The Alaska town and island of Wrangel was named for Swedish Admiral Ferdinand Wrangel. His grandnephew, Baron Von Wrangel, recently became a United States citizen in Seattle. PHILLIP TARTAGLIO Phillip Tartaglio, 78, a native of Italy but a citizen of the U.S. and a resident of Anaheim for one year living at $303½ N.
