LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NOTICE IS HEREIN GIVEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM will hold PUBLIC HEARING in the Council Chambers of the City of Anaheim, City Hall, on Tuesday, September 2, 1958, at the hour of 7:00 O'Clock P.M. to receive and consider all evidence and reports at this HEARING or obtain previously filed cases as requested to the VERIFIED PETITIONS submitted by the Owner of the following described property: RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-59-4 — PETITION submitted by LLOYD B. and MARGARET A. FERRELL, 13082 East Katelia Avenue, Anaheim, California, as owner; Charles R. ORDINANCE NO. 1268 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLES IN THIS SECTION 2374, PARAGRAPHS (a) AND (b), AND SECTION 2374.5, PARAGRAPH (b), OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE. AUGSBURG, GERMANY — Army Pvt. Thomas J. Sullivan, 23, whose wife, Patricia, lives at 919 Emerald St., Anaheim, is now a member of the 24th Incident arrived in Germany and fantasy Division. A rifleman in Company D of the division's 34th Infantry, Sullivan entered the Army last February. He completed basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. LEGAL NOTICE (Pub. ORDINANCE NO. 1268 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE III, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 3274, PARAGRAPHS (a) AND (b), AND SECTION 3274.5, PARAGRAPH (a), OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Article III, Chapter 2, Section 3274, Paragraphs (a) and (b) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same are hereby, amended to redraw above: "SECTION 3274. SPEED LIMIT. BALL ROAD AND HARBOR BOULEVARD." "(a) No person shall drive nor operate any vehicle upon Ball Road, between Euclid Avenue and Knott Avenue, in the City of Anaheim at a speed greater than 55 miles per hour, except authorized emergency vehicles as defined by Sections 44.41.44.3.44.4.4.4.4.8 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California. "(b) No person shall drive nor operate any vehicle upon Harbor Boulevard, between Ball Road and the City Limits south of Orangwood Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, at a speed greater than 35 miles per hour, except authorized emergency vehicles as defined by Sections 44.41.44.3.44.4.4.4.5 and 44.8 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California." SECTION 2. That Article III, Chapter 2, Section 3274.5, Paragraph (a) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows: "SECTION 3274.5. SPEED LIMIT. BROOKHURST STREET. "(a) No person shall drive nor operate any vehicle upon Brookhurst Street, between Katella and Lincoln Avenues, in the City of Anaheim, at a speed greater than 35 miles per hour, except authorized emergency vehicles as defined by Sections 44.41.44.3.44.4.4.5 and 44.8 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California." SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within fifteen (15) days from and after its adoption in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall be in full force and effect.
