THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MAGNOLIA SCHOOL DISTRICT will receive bids to purchase Playground Equipment up to $190 M. August 4, 1958, in compliance with specifications on file at the office of said School District, P.O. Box 2007, Anaheim, California.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, check or bidder's bond for an amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total bid, made payable to the order of the Board of Trustees of said School District to guarantee delivery.
Bids shall be sealed and marked "Playground Equipment" and filed with the office of the Business Manager of the School District on or before 3:00 I.M. August 4, 1958.
