Miller of Anaheim, recently participated in "Sabre Hawk", a Seventh Army maneuver which involved more than 100,000 troops in Germany. Quarton, 20, whose wife, Gweneth, lives at 1203 Beacon Ave., is assigned to the 299th Engineer Battalion's Company A. He entered the Army in February 1957, was last stationed at Fort Lewis, Wash., and arrived in Europe last October. Quarton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theo M. Quarton, 817 W. North St., is a 1956 graduate of Anaheim Union High School and attended Fullerton Junior College. Miller, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Miller, 866 S. Palm St., is assigned to Company A. He enterered the Army in January 1957, was last stationed at Fort Monmouth, N.J., and arrived overseas in August 1957. Miller is a 1956 graduate of Anaheim Union High School and attended Fullerton Junior College. His wife, Linda, is with him in Germany. FORT GORDON, GA. — Pvt. Donald F. Georg, son of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Georg, 1269 Eastwood Dr., Anaheim, recently completed the eight-week teletype operator course at the Army's Southeastern Signal School, Fort Gordon, Ga. Georg entered the Army last August and completed basic训 ing' at Fort Ord. A 1953' graduate of Fond du Lac (Wis.) High School, he was employed as a clerk in the post office in Anaheim before entering the Army. Saturday is the most danger-ous day of the week for motorists. Safest day? Tuesday.
