Harvey, an employee of The SQR Store for 27 years, but retired, passed away at his home at 231 W. Amerige, Fullerton, Saturday after a lingering illness. He was a native of Kansas. Surviving are his wife, Bertha of the home; two sons, Lawrence J. of Fullerton, and Dwight C. Harvey of Santa Ana. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Backs, Troutman and Kaulbars Mortuary with the Rev. A. J. Casebeer officiating. Interment was in Loma Vista Memorial Park. ROY A. DONALDSON Roy A. Donaldson passed away at the home of his son, Wallace Donaldson of 251 Date Street East, this city, last Friday after a prolonged illness. He was a native of New Jersey, where he owned and operated a dairy for 40 years. Survivors are his wife, Catherine Z. of Anaheim; three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Bergan, Miss Gail Donaldson, both of New Jersey, and Mrs. Ruth Napolati of Las Vegas, Nev.; four sons, Edward of Texas, Lewis and Philip of New Jersey, and Wallace of Anaheim; one brother in SAN FRANCISCO — A member of the fourth place team in the West Coast All-Navy basketball tournament held March 4-7 at the Treasure Island Naval Station, was Navy Ens. Kelly L. Hester, son of Mr. and Mrs. Orva L. Hester of 15232 Anaheim Rd., Anaheim. He is on detached duty from the Whidbey Island Naval Air Station, Oak Harbor, Wash. Before entering the Navy in October 1956, Ens. Hester graduated from Occidental College. He was selected to represent the thirteenth Naval District in the All-Navy competition for his outstanding play during regular season play. Pain is rarely an early symptom of cancer.
