Worchestershire sauce 6 hard-cooked eggs, quartered 2 tbsps. coarsely chopped pimiento 4 thin slices boiled ham Prepare and bake corn muffin mix in a square pan as directed on package. Combine soup, milk and Worchestershire. Heat and stir over moderate heat until smooth. Fold eggs into sauce with pimiento. Split squares of hot corn bread; lay a slice of ham on each serving; top with creamed eggs. Serve extra corn bread. Serves 4. DENTAL HEALTH TALK The Central Baptist Day School's newly organized P.T.F. is holding its regular meeting Friday, Feb. 21, at which time the speaker will be Dr. McAnlis on "Dental Health". Charter memberships are being accepted and meetings will be held the third Friday of every month, it was announced. ENGAGEMENT REVEALED Miss Shirley Mae Doll, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Doll of 449 Mariposa Place, this city, has revealed her engagement to William Bonham, son of Mr. and Mrs. James D. Bonham. The wedding will be May 2 and the young couple will make their home in Orange County. Both young people are employed with the Pacific Telephone Company, Mr. Bonham having been with the company for the past two years. QUICK FUDGE SAUCE 1 cup baker's semi-sweet choco late chips 3 tablespoons water 4 tablespoons light cream Combine chocolate and water in saucepan. Place over low heat and stir until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat. Add cream and stir until blended. Serve hot or cold on waffles, ice cream, cake or pudding. Makes 1 cup sauce. Note: This sauce will keep for several days if covered and stored in refrigerator. Reheat over hot water before using.
