Mix thoroughly. Shape into rectangle about 10"x16" on aluminum foil. Make Sausage Stuffing. Spread stuffing evenly over the meat. Roll as jelly roll and place in roasting pan. Bake in moderate oven (350° F.) for 1½ hours. Yield: 8 servings. Sausage Stuffing ½ pound ground fresh pork 1 medium potato, grated ¼ cup grated onion 1½ cups bread crumbs ¼ teaspoon salt 1½ teaspoons poultry seasoning Combine ingredients and mix well.
