"Most of the right-of-way violations noted by the Patrol involve drivers who fail to turn left at intersections, declared Patrol Commissioner B. R. Caldwell. 'Another collision causing violation of the rights of others involves drivers who fail to yield in obedience to stop signs.' Most of these actions are discontinuous."
