Anaheim Industry It is conservatively estimated that $25,000,000 in take-home wages and salaries is paid annually to the personnel employed in industrial and agricultural firms in Anaheim. This money provides the basic source of income for Anaheim. Without it there would be no thriving city of Anaheim. But, with this "economy", Anaheim is a good city—a fine place to live and work. The employees of industry and agriculture spend large amounts of money in Anaheim Merchants exist on it. In return, personnel of industry and agriculture enjoy the wide array of goods and services which retail, professional, and service people provide. They live in good homes built by contractors who know it is good business to build in a prosperous and growing community. To give proper recognition to the community-industry-agriculture partnership, Anaheim is observing Anaheim Industrial Progress Week, May 9 to 13.
