DATED: February 24, 1955 While the modern American woman has been quick to seize up the advantages of every new piece of equipment which benefits her home, a recent survey shows the bathroom toilet is still a conventional taboo. Women use every precaution in public washrooms but still have lot to learn about home bathroom hygiene, according to the survey made on behalf of Jonny Mop, a deodorizing toilet mop with possible tissue. Experts from a nationally prominent analytical laboratory discovered the presence of odor-producing and health-hazard organisms ninety per cent of the bathrooms visited—while the housewives though them clean. They recommended the use of the Jonny Mop which reduces dangerous bacteria by contacting every accessible area with soapy deodorizer and cleanser. By pressing a tiny button in handle the detachable cleaning pad that did the cleansing is flushed away like toilet tissue. Both are intelligent citizens of the sister republic and we speak for them a cordial reception at the hands of our people.
