NOTICE INVITING SEARCH PROPOSALS
Pursuant to statute and Act No. 22 adopted on the Fifth November, 1954, by the Board rectors of the Stanton County District, of Orange County, California, and on file in the office of the tary of said District, ordered work described in said report to-wit:
The construction of vitrified pipe sanitary sewers, vitrified pipe house connection sewer neys, cleanouts, tees, wyes, drakes, manholes, modified masonry enclosure pipes, concussion casement, and appurtenant connection therewith in Date and other streets and easements in the Stanton County Water District — Stanton County Water District — Orange County, California, more particularly described in Article of Intention No. 21, issued by the Board of Directors said District on the 14th day after, 1954, and on file in the of the Secretary of said District.
For further particulars, refer hereby made to said Resolution Intention No. 21, and to the profiles and drawings on file office of the Secretary of said Town County Water District, the specifications for the sanitation adopted by the said Directors and on file in the of the Secretary of said District all of said plans, profiles, or and specifications heretofore proved by the Board of Directors are incorporated and made a part hereof, and is hereby made thereto for particular description of said said Board of Directors terminated and declared that the templated work and imprisoned heretofore mentioned was opinion of said Board of Directors terminated and declared that bonds bearing interest at the six per cent (6%) per annum extending over a period end years from the second day any next succeeding the new follower 15th following their date issued hereunder in the manual vided by the "Improvement Act, 1911," being Part 5, Division Streets and Highways Code State of California, to repress assessment of twenty-five ($25.00) or more remaining unthirty (30) days after the recording the warrant.

NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS
Pursuant to statute and Resolution No. 23 adopted on the 28th day of November, 1954, by the Board of Directors of the Stanton County Water District, of Orange County, California, and on file in the office of the Secretary of said District, ordering the work described in said resolution.
To wit:
The construction of vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewers, vitrified clay pipe house connection sewers, chimneys, cleanouts, tees, wyes, drop manholes, modified manholes, measurement pipe enclosure, and appurtenant work in connection therewith in Date Street and other streets and easement within the Stanton County Water District.
Orange County, California, all more particularly described in Resolution No. 14th day of October, 1954, and on file in the office of the Board of Directors of said District.
For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 21, and (to the plans, profiles and drawings on file in the office of the Secretary of said Stanton County Water District, and to make them descriptive for a more compliant work and improvement mentioned was, the opinion of said Board of Directors, of more than local or ordinary public benefit and the said Board of Directors has made the expenses of said work chargeable upon a district. For particular description of said district be hereby ordered to said Resolution of Intention No. 21.
Said Board of Directors has determined and declared that serial bonds bearing interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum and extending over a period ending (9) years from the second day of January next succeeding the next October (30) days after the date provided by the "Improvement Act of 1911," being Part 5 Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the state of California, to represent each assessment of twenty-five dollars ($28.00) or more remaining unpaid for thirty (30) days after the date provided by the "Improvement Act of 1911."
All of the work herein ordered shall be done and carried through in pursuance of this legislation.

The prevailing rates per diem wages for each of the classifications shall be the hourly rates set forth above multiplied by the figure "8."
Unless otherwise separately classified foremen for carpenters, cement finishers, equipment operators, and operating engineers, laborers and truck drivers, shall be paid not less than ten per day more than the piem rate indicated by the highest classification over which the foreman has supervision, and all other foremen not separately classified shall be paid not less than $1.00 per day more than the per diem rate as above indicated of the highest classification over which such foremen have supervision.
Provided that one and one-half time the salid prevailing rate of wage shall be paid not less than ten per day more than the piem rate indicated by the highest classification over which such foremen have supervision.
It shall be mandatory upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the specified rates to all laborers, workers and machines employed by them in the execution of the contract.
NOTICE 18 HEREY GIVEN, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing all the work herebefore described and ordered in said Resolution Ordering Work, to be presented to the Secretary at his office at the regular meeting place of the Board of Directors, located at the Savanna School, 7781 East Curtos Avenue, Stanton, Orange County, California, up to the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M., of Thursday, the 13th day of January, 1955.
The proposals or bids offered shall be accompanied by a check payable to the order of said District, certified by a responsible bank, or a bond as required by law, for an amount less than ten per cent (10%) of the Aggregate amount of the proposal. Each bid shall be made out on a form to be obtained at the office of the Engineer of said District.
