LOCAL CYCLIST HOME FROM EUROPEAN TOUR Ronald Brown, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vic Brown of 108 Harbor Blvd., has resumed his studies as a sophomore at Fullerton Junior college after a three-month tour of Europe by bicycle with the American Youth Hostel group.
