Newlyweds Honored In Recent Reception
With "Indian Summer" as its theme, a reception honoring newlyweds Mr. and Mrs. John F. Nelson was given recently by the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Davis at 420 E Wilhelmina street.
Guests gathered to offer best wishes, listened as the Rev. Wm. McKinley Walker, pastor of Wesley Methodist church, gave a wedding prayer. The bride, nee, Nancy Lou Davis, was gowned in an afternoon frock of pale pink and wore a corsage of pink carnations as she cut the wedding cake. Mrs. Joseph Murn and Mrs. Charles De Gennera poured.
Mr. and Mrs. Nelson, married in Las Vegas, had just returned from a Dessert-Inn honeymoon. They will make their home in Hollywood.
