WHITE SOCIETY EDITOR Phone 7515 Lawrence-Trousdale Wedding Rites held Saturday at St. Boniface Early 400 friends and relatives arrived in St. Boniface church day morning to see Miss Margaret Lawrence and Les Eastman Trousdale Jr. in holy matrimony. The Rev. Msgr. Francis Ott officiated at the wedding mass. Miss Lawrence is the daughter of her father and was the wife of Victorian elegance in a necked gown of white satin embroidered with a beaded design. Blue rosary was a gift fromisters of the Sacred Heart Mary, Marymount college. The bridal bouquet was a love-arrangement of white orchids ties of the valley. Mrs. Lawrence chose a formal gown of navy blue taffeta which she wore with white accessories. The bridegroom's mother was attired in a gown of rose pink taffeta with matching accessories. Both mothers wore corsages of white orchids. After the nuptial rites, a reception was held in the garden at Capilla de San Antonio where the newly married pair were toasted with champagne. The couple made the first cut in a tiered wedding cake of pure white. Miss Kathleen Brunet was in charge of the guest book and Miss Mary Lou Loessin was in charge of the gifts. When leaving for a honeymoon trip to Palm Springs, the new Mrs. Trousdale was wearing a smart traveling suit in rose tones. She wore black accessories and a white orchid from her wedding bouquet.
