BIRTH— Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Garcia at 1051 E. Esperanza St. welcomed a baby daughter on August 11. She was born in the Orange County hospital and weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz. L. R. Rimpau, 1024 W. Broadway became the bride of Robert Fred Job, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Job of Porterville. The bride is a fourth generation Californian and the bridegroom is son of one of the first families of Porterville. Nuptial mass was read at Boniface Catholic church by Rev. Father A. Duval before alter banked with pink and white flowers. The bride was given in marriage by her brother, A. Rob Rimpau, and was beautiful in gown of nylon organdy and tuxedo She wore a fingertip length dress and carried a bouquet of captions, stephanotis and ivy. Mrs. J. Y. McMillan, Jr., the bride's only attendant, matron of honor, she wore a length gown of aqua blue crumple ice cotton and carried an unusual bouquet of Hawaiian shell pendants and ivy. The new Mr. and Mrs. Job left Anaheim immediately after the reception for a honeymoon trip to San Francisco and Lake Tahoe. The bride's traveling costume was a checkered cashmere suit in tones of biege and cocoa brown. She wore it with brown accessories. The bride is a graduate of U.C. L.A. and the bridegroom is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley. The couple will make their home in Porterville. DANCING THURS.
