The honored guest was presented with a lovely wood fibre corsage as was each guest upon arrival. The guests' corsages were made up of small outing flannel diapers held in place with safety pins.
Mrs. Eileen Lopker won a handsome planter as the door prize. Prizes for unscrambling the names of the articles which make up a baby's layette were won by Mrs. Reese Warden and Mrs. Harold Murray. Miss Helen Canton and Miss Irene Feency guessed the secret words.
Mrs. Hudson received many beautiful and useful gifts, including a special surprise gift from her mother, Mrs. B. F. Lugenville of Marshfield, Missouri.

Kenneth Heulers Spend Vacation At UC Alum Camp
Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth Heuler and their children, Walter and Betty Anne, of 917 W. Albert st., returned on Sunday from week spent at the University of California's alumni camp.
"The Lair of the Golden Bear is located in the Sierras on the north fork of the Tuolumne river within a mole of Strawberry lake at an altitude of 6500 feet. It offers excellent recreational facilities to alumni and their families during a ten week camping period and has proved so popular as the pioneer venture of its kind that alumni groups of other colleges are planning similar programs. Stanford has established a cam for the first time this year at Lake Tahoe.
The Heulers took their own bedding and slept in a tent. Excellent meals were served in a main dining room operated by cooks who serve the fraternities during the winter months.
There were interesting programs for adults and for children. The Heulers enjoyed horseback riding, swimming, boating, fishing, tennis, badminton, and baseball as well as campfire activities.
One of the week's highlight was an illustrated account of a recent trip around the world by Bo Sibley, former executive director of the Alumni Association, not retired.
Although the camp can accommodate 2200 campers during the ten-week period, 1500 applications were rejected for lack of space and the Heulers felt fortunate."

Recent Rites Unite Mary Lerchey And Stan Stegner in Wedlock
Wearing a traditional wedding gown of white nylon lace over slipper satin with fitted bodice and full-fashioned waltz length hooped skirt, Miss Mary Lerchey exchanged vows with Stan Stegner recently at Capilla de San Antonio. The Rev. Fred W. Niedringhouse of the First Congregational church, Santa Ana, officiated at the double ring ceremony at 2 o'clock.
Miss Lerchey is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N. T. Lerchey of 420 E. Wilshire in Fullerton and was given in marriage by her father. Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Stegner, of Anaheim, are parents of the groom.
The bride wore an illusion veil caught by a tiara of seed pearls. She carried a dalnty nosegay of delphinium and stephanotis. She was attended by Miss Joyce Scroggins of La Habra who was gowned in strapless pink taffeta over net with matching net stole sprinkled with seed pearls. She carried a nosegay of pink carnations.
Neal Burmaster of Yorba Linda attended the groom as best man. Usher was Johnnie Erkle of Anaheim.
During the nuptials made picturesque by lighted candles and sprays of pink and white stock and gladioli, Miss Bette Bolton sang "The Lord's Prayre," "I Love Thee," and "Always."
A reception was held in the garden for close friends and relatives immediately after the ceremony.
The brides traveling costume was a silk dress of white and navy blue with white accessories.
