Two Garages No, you aren't seeing doubts when you drive up to their place. There really are two garages. When the Damrellers bought the property two years ago, they chose it because of the pleasant location of the three bedrooms house, the completely fenced yard and the fact that the measured an ample 52 x 160 feet. The location of the second garage directly behind the first on the rear of the lot was an added dividend. The original owners had planned to convert it into a rental unit, but the Damrellers saw its possibilities as a rump room. Damrell, grocery buyer for Alpha Beta stores but a hand man with hammer and saw well, closed up the garage door laid asphalt tile on the floor and finished the interior walls with wall board. By painting the walls a light green and adding gas heat, he had an attractive multi-purpose room, 17 x 22 for overall.
