E. M. Proud Speak on Narcotics
The three sophomore Tri-Hi-Y clubs were hostesses to their mothers last week when a joint meeting was held in the YMCA. E. M. Glenda Mungerson read a poem of prayer and Jean Schultz one of meditation, with the responsive reading led by Marilyn Hudson. Mrs. Don Chamberlin, club leader, presented a devotional message and the service closed with a benediction by Gertie Glover. The senior Tri-U club met in La Palma Park, held a discussion on etiquette in preparation for the senior formal reception May 12 and later played baseball.
