Norpark Homes, three-bedroom two-bath
Friends of Norpark Home Buyers Follow Suit
Many of the sales now being recorded in Norpark Homes are to friends of early purchasers; it was noted today by officials of Hahn-St. John, builders of the new Anaheim community of three-bedroom, two-bath homes at East Center and Evergreen sts.
The glowing comments expressed by initial buyers, which have brought their friends to Northern Park Homes, embrace both the low terms and the many luxury advantages offered in the new development.
Priced from $12,481, the dwellings may be purchased by veterans on new reduced down payments of $481, plus costs and impounds, the developers said.
An example of the care given to luxury features in Nor park Homies is each kitchen, which includes knotty pine cabinets so designed that they have double the space of most comparable kitchens, as well as exhaust fans over ranges, spacious breakfast nook spaces and pullman bath cabins.
The 40 different architectural styles in the community are typified by four furnished model homes, outfitted by the Aaron Schultz furniture stores and open daily and Sunday from 10 a.m. t o 8 p.m.
Norpark Homes nestling among Anaheim's orange groves, is near key employment centers of its dustrially-growing Orange county Long Beach and Los Angeles, as well as close to picnic grounds swimming pool, playground, tennis courts and other recreational facilities of the Anaheim pari-

Riley has the right idea. Through youthful associations one maintains young ideas and associations. Personally I subscribe to that idea. A fellow is only as old as he thinks he is. Why a year or so ago we had prove it by running a footrace against a couple of really fast men—Lupe Gonzales and John Atkinson.
BREIFLY NOTED — Have you a distinctive autograph? Charles Ruby, the Fullerton college professor of law and letters, is quite an authority on autographs. He collects them. He started with Herbert Hoover while at Leland Stanford University and has been adding to them since. But he missed an opportunity. He could have gotten both Stalin's and Hitler's autographes."I don't want them," he said.“I want only men who will leave their mark on civilization.”Both of these dictators played a role that will befootnoted in history.
