5 Anaheim Gazette MONDAY, DECEMBER 1, 1952 ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA Fighting Gls Provide Theme for FUHS Christmas Play Dec. 18 The Christmas play at Fullerton Union High school, which will be presented free to the public on the evening of Dec. 18, at 8:15 p.m., has as its theme this year GI conversation on the fighting front, near a hospital, in the Korean hills. The story, written by George Archambault, unfolds memories of home and Christmas, as expressed by lonesome and slightly bewildered boys in the trenches, and its time is Christmas, 1952. With the cast selected recently, practice began last week for three performances to be given on Dec. 18; one at 11 a.m. for Junior College assembly; another at 1:10 for high school assembly and the last in the evening, all at Fullerton Union High school auditorium. St. Louis, Missouri, Little Rock, Arkansas, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Portland, Oregon will all be represented by floats made entirely from flowers, as will Mexico, Trinidad, and Japan.
