MIST CLUB OF ANAHEIM
MIST CLUB OF ANAHEIM
International is a civic and fraternal organization with over 40,000 members.
States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Cuba. Its creed consists of the
solid above. An optimist does not swear that he lives up to all of these,
so. Read them yourself and see how well your own life would measure
this.
Club is a "Friend of the Boy". In the last year the clubs have
assisted over one half million boys. They believe that every boy
oping hand. They know that every boy that grows into real manhood has
comradeship, and security of friendly, well meaning men.
Anaheim Optimist Club carries on a wide and varied program throughout
of these activities you are already familiar with. They include the
program called "Your Brake, Their Break"; The Soap Box Derby
with Cone Bros.; The Optimist Boys' Club House now completed and used
for Boy Scouts and other youth organizations; The Knot-Hole
tickets and sponsors to kids for the Anaheim High School Football
Club Boys' Home in Los Angeles that cares for boys from broken
baseball Teams; Boys' Boxing Classes; Summer Camperships; the Famous
Anti-Warriors of the Anaheim Halloween Jamboree; the Annual
Boys' Clubhouse; and many other activities for the youth of our town.
Club has been assisted not once, but time and time again, both in
and labor by practically every Anaheim Merchant and Manufacturer.
Permit the complete listing of all these friends and patrons.
Efforts may be seen in the new and completed clubhouse...but their
