Anaheim Gazette MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 1934 ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA New beach avail ORANGE COUNTY proudly and rightfully boasts about its bathing beaches—long, wide stretches of sand— clear, clean water—and even a choice of a safe, gentle surf or the fun and excitement of surf board riding rivalled only by Hawaii. Recently, these areas have been greatly increased and beautifully improved. Royalties from these wells have provided money for beach improvements, recreational purposes, veterans' welfare, and the general fund.
