Used Cars for Sale FJC to Hold 38th Graduation June 13; 43 Anaheimers to Graduate Graduating from Fullerton junior college on June 13 at the school's thirty-eighth commencement will be 223 students, 43 of whom are from Anaheim, announced Dr. H. Lynn Sheller, director today. Graduating students will receive the Associate in Arts degree. Commencement exercises will be held in the school stadium at 7:30 in singing by the "Singing Horse." FJC to Hold 38th Graduation June 13; 43 Anaheimers to Graduate Graduating from Fullerton junior college on June 13 at the school's thirty-eighth commencement will be 223 students, 43 of whom are from Anaheim, announced Dr. H. Lynn Sheller, director today. Graduating students will receive the Associate in Arts degree. Commencement exercises will be held in the school stadium at 7:30 p.m. According to Fullerton junior college tradition, speeches will be given by four members of the graduating class. The theme of the commencement talks will be "We Ask You?" Kenneth Bearnis, Fullerton, first to speak, will discuss "What Can We Believe?"; Connie Woods (Anaheim) "What Are We Overlooking?"; John Kroeger, (Fullerton) "What Is Intelligence?"; and Marie Carlson, (Fullerton) "What Is Indispensable?" Superintendent Stanley Warburton will give a commencement greeting. Announcement of awards and presentation of the class will be made by Dr. H. Lynn Sheller. Degrees will be conferred by Edmund H. Salter, president of the board of trustees. The Rev. Albert R. H. Miller, First Congregational church, Buena Park, will offer the invocation and benediction. Phyllis Berriman, Orange, class of 1952, will present an organ prelude, and accompanied by Marjorie Cranston, Anaheim, class of 1953, will also sing a soprano solo, "Dawn" (Curran). To be sung by the A. Cappella Choir are "Psalm 150" (Cesar Franck) and "America, the Beautiful" (arr. Ringwald). At the end of the program, the graduating class will sing the Alma Mater, led in singing by the "Singing Hornets," who are members of the class. The "Singing Hornets" are Gale Conner, Placentia, Richard Martinez, Norwalk, Duane Van Pelt, Bellflower, Don Barbar, Orange, Bob Simon, Anaheim, Wayne Clark, Fullerton, and Bob Wilson, Norwalk.
