Miller, whose subject will be: "The Menace of Communism in the State of California." Mr. Miller has for a long time been executive secretary of the Associated Farmers of Orange county and while in that capacity has been very active in investigating and exposing communism here. He has been in great demand as a speaker on the subject, having addressed many service, fraternal and church groups. He has recently been promoted to Field Secretary for all of Southern California for the same organization. According to the officials who have arranged this event, some definitely factual information in connection with, not only the state but also the local situation with respect to the inroads and dangers of communism will be given out at this time. Grand official opening of the new shop is set for tomorrow.—(Gazette photo by Kreldt) YOUNG THIEVES CAUGHT Two 17-year-old Anaheim boys were taken into custody by Anaheim police yesterday and filed on directly with the Orange County Juvenile department for the theft of a jacket apiece, two of the four jackets stolen last Friday night at the high school gymnasium. The youths were turned over to Santa Ana juvenile authorities to be placed in a detention home until a hearing date is set. The charge is one count of petty theft, a misdemeanor. THIRD ARRESTED Enoch C. Peterson, Jr., 20, of Newport and a student of Fullerton junior college, was arrested this morning in Fullerton. He was charged with the theft of a leather jacket taken from the Anaheim high school gym Nov. 30. This is the third arrest made by Lt. Tommy Taylor since the theft of four jackets last Friday.
