In keepth Optimist International policy of "Friend of the Boy," the local pose an ambitious project. On the Boy Scout lot located at 113 West es Street, they began construction of a Youth Center to be known Optimist Boys' Clubhouse. The building, thanks to the donations from many local business both time and materials, is very near completion.
