IN GRAFT CASE
LOS ANGELES (AP)—A Hollywood real estate man, Royal Wheeler, 68, is serving six months in jail for collecting illegal commissions on Hollywood Freeway property sales.
He was jailed yesterday, the jail term being a condition of three years probation. He lost an appeal.

Becker is accused of properly handling school bus insurance while a member of the board and voting on bus contracts. He is a San Pedro insurance man. His attorney filed formal notice yesterday as Beck-submitted his resignation.
