Co. HS Seniors To Tour SAC
Beginning April 8 members of the Black Knights and Las Doncellas, Santa Ana College honorary service clubs, will escort visiting high school seniors to various departments on the campus and act as official hosts.
It is estimated that more than 200 seniors from Anaheim, Laguna Beach, Tustin, Orange and Garden Grove high schools will tour the campus during April.
Doughnuts and coffee will be served to the seniors when they first arrive. A free luncheon will be served before they leave for their high school campuses. The purpose of the visits is to acquaint students with college offerings.
TOOLS TAKEN
A $200 grand theft Sunday was reported to Anaheim Police yesterday by Frank Veza Torres of Corona who said auto mechanic's tools worth that much were stolen from the unlocked trunk of his car Sunday as it sat in the Harmony Park parking lot.
