Sports Outfit Fletcher, Seals Apart on Pact MODESTO UP—Guy (Grumpy) Fletcher, right hander traded to San Francisco by Seattle, has shown no desire to sign a contract with the Seals. The San Francisco Coast league baseball club dropped option from the New York Yankees of outfielder Elston Howard and catcher Vic Mastro. Manager Jo Orengo said the army is about to exercise its option on Howard Mastro, a Los Angeles ball boy broker, has shown no interest in San Francisco.
