Senate Brands China Aggressor
WASHINGTON — The Senate today adopted a resolution declaring the United Nations should brand communist China an aggressor in Korea. A similar resolution was approved last week by the House.
Senate action was by voicemail.
Pending before the Senate was another resolution declaring the Senate's sentiment that "communist China should not be admitted to membership in the United Nations."
Both Senate resolutions were introduced a week ago by Senator McClellan (D-Ark).
The resolutions have the effect merely of expressing Congressional sentiment and are not binding on the U.S. delegates to the United Nations.

Stewart S. McPherson, vice president and manager of the Santa Ana Building & Loan assoc., former president of the Orlando County Savings & Loan League was elected president of the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce for 1951 at the annual meeting last yesterday. He succeeds Bob Fennandez.
Following the precedent established a year ago, an entire non-official staff was chosen with the exception of Secretary-Managing Stanley Bates, who was re-elected.
