D. O'Sullivan, the adjutant general, said today. The office of the adjutant general, California National Guard, is in receipt of information to that effect from National headquarters, Selective Service System; Washington, D.C. In order to qualify for postponement, the individual must satisfactorily participate in all required drills and training programs. Evidence of satisfactory performance in a local National Guard unit will be furnished the draft board by the unit commander. All delays and postponements granted pursuant to this order shall continue until a change occurs in the registrant's Reserve status which makes him no longer eligible for delay or postponment. Whenever an enlisted Gaurdsman ceases to perform satisfactorily in his organized unit, the local board is authorized to terminate his delay or postponement.
