May Sorenson of Pasadena is the houseguest of her aunt, Mrs. Fred Kaisen, 116 N. Lawrence, Fullerton. Gayle Alice Miner of Costa Mesa spent a week with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Gledhill of 411 N. Emily st. Gayle Alice is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Miner, who have just moved into a new home in Costa Mesa Heights. Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Luce of 381 North Baker street, retains their home last weekend from a vacation of two weeks spent with Mrs. Jo. Bone o. Donrover Cedar Pines Park. Jack Gledhill, Jr., is in the Marshall Islands, with a Los Angeles construction company, which is doing construction work there. He has been in the islands since last January. Jack, a native of Anaheim, will celebrate his 26th birthday on September 16, just about the time he receives this paper.
