Changes in Army Enlistment Told Two changes in Army enlistment requirements were announced today by the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Air Force recruitment station in Fullerton City hall. Enlistment in the regular Army for a period of 21 months is now authorized. This is for men of draft age who have not seen previous military service. Regulations formerly called for three years enlistments. Army requirements for mental qualification test scores for male applicants have also been relaxed to a certain extent.
