RETIREMENT FOR CITY HELP
CHICAGO (P)—Retirement systems for municipal employees now are in effect in 998 cities in the U.S. The International City Managers Association says the plans cover all but school employees in 686 cities. In most of the others, only firemen and policemen are covered.
