Markham of Horicon, Wisconsin, representative of the Sovereign Grand Lodge of Oak Fellows, was honor guest at the open meeting held Friday evening of Anaheim Encampment No. 10 IOOF. A large assembly of Oak Fellows and Rebekahs attended the meeting. Mr. Markham, who is a well-known attorney in Wisconsin, gave an address entitled "The Ideals of Odd Fellowship." Orange and Los Angeles county lodges were well represented with Harry Dahlem of Los Angeles, grand master; Jennie Mae Anner of Fullerton, warden of Rebekah assembly; Elmer Klamroth of Beetle flower, district deputy grand priarch, present. Elizabeth Cole, of Fullerton, presented a paper on Schuyler Cox fax, who was the founder of the Rebekah degree in Odd Fellows in 1851. Mrs. A. Siegel, director of Anaheim Conservatory of Music presented Peppy Arriaga from Guatemala who played a number of piano selections, among which was 'Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata."
