Brown, doing business as NEIGHBORHOOD GROCERY, with its principal place of business at 10512 Stanton Avenue, Stanton, California, is hereby dissolved as of the 1st day of December, 1949. Roy W. Wade having acquired the interest of Albert L. Brown, in said partnership and said Roy W. Wade, Mary K. Wade, Harry W. Vigne, Jr., and Sylvia M. Vigne will continue to operate said business.

IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF WILLIAM T. JEFFERSON, ALSO KNOWN AS W. T. JEFFERSON, TO SELL COMMUNITY PROPERTY OF PETITIONER AND BELLE R. JEFFERSON, HIS WIFE, AN INCOMPETENT PERSON.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the verified petition of William T. Jefferson, also known as W. T. Jefferson, as petitioner, naming Belle R. Jefferson as incompetent wife of said petitioner has been filed in the above entitled court in the above referred to matters for the purpose of sale for cash of the following described real property which is owned as community property by said petitioner William T. Jefferson, also known at W. T. Jefferson, and said Belle R. Jefferson, his wife, to-wit:
Lot 22 in Block "D" of "Tract No. 18 First Addition to Harper," in the County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 9, page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said county, exclusive of any and all improvements thereon,
and obtaining and praying for an order of said court authorizing and permitting said petitioner to sell said community property and the community interests of the parties therein, and that said petition has been set by the clerk of said court for hearing by said court in the court room of Department Four of said court on the 20th day of January, 1950, at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M. thereof, and that all interested persons are hereby notified to appear at the time and place above mentioned in this notice and show cause, if any they have, why the order should not be made.
Reference is hereby made to said petition on file for further particulars.

State Releases 94,354 Pheasants
On the first of December, an all-time record number of 94,354 pheasants had been released from state game farms and holding pens as a phase of Division of Fish and Game efforts to maintain California's wild game bird populations.
With additional liberations to be made during the month of December, state crews have already surpassed last year's record annual release of 75,787 birds. The November release total of 18,010 upland game birds included 317 valley quail, 97 chukar partridges, and 25 wild turkeys.
Lt. William Barnes Graduates at Naval School
Lt. (ig) William F. Banes, USN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert E. Barnes of 217 East Broadway, Anaheim, was graduated December 16, as a member of the second class of 500 officers at the Naval General Line School at Monterey, California.
Formerly a Naval Reserve Officer, he transferred to the regular
Navy and was sent to the school for further training. In this intensive ten months' course, which he has just completed, the Navy taught him a broad professional education comparable to that which a regular Navy officer receives at the Naval Academy before reporting to the fleet.
Peart Services This Friday
Funeral services for Eugene Peart, 58, 421 East Cypress street, who died suddenly Tuesday afternoon, will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Hilgenfeld chapel with the Rev. P. G. Neumann, former pastor of Bethel Baptist church, officiating.
A native of Missouri, Mr. Peart came to California 20 years ago and had lived in Anaheim for the past 10 years. He was fatally stricken at the Harbor Oil Station, 617 East Center street, where he had walked from his home. He had complained of illness for several weeks but had appeared much improved.
Surviving are his wife, Augusta K. Peart at the family home; one sister, Alice Peart of St. Louis, Missouri, and one brother, Bob Peart of Seattle, Washington. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Veterans of For-
align Wars.
Interment will be in Anaheim cemetery.
