Sophomore class members staged the annual Christmas play at the Ebell club house last Friday night. This year's production was entitled "The Saint" by A. Beatrice Knowles.
The plot, in brief, tells of a shopkeeper, Nicholas, who sold for profit only until strangely moved he offered the Three Wise Men who were on their way to see the Christ Child, gifts of gold, frankinsense and myrrh. Because of his generous offer, the shopkeeper was re-named "St. Nicholas" by the Wise Men. The travelers urged Nicholas to join them in their trek following the Star but Nicholas refused. They left promising to return. After years of giving climaxed by his finding a mother for "Little David," Nicholas is left alone with empty hands in an empty shop. It is then the Wise Men return and St. Nicholas goes with them to follow the Star of Bethlehem.
A carol session around the school's Christmas tree will be featured on the last class day before the Yule holidays. Resident students will be invited to a formal dinner followed by a Christmas party before they leave for their respective homes.

Slate Reunion Dance at FJC
With the purpose of laying groundwork for the formation of a Fullerton Junior College Alumni Association, a reunion dance will be held Wednesday evening, December 28, in the college lounge. It was announced this week by the committee in charge of arrangements.
All proceeds will be donated to the Student Loan Fund so that the long sought Alumni Association may soon become a reality, spokesmen stated. It is hoped the reunion will form a strong nucleus of former students to support the proposed organization. College leaders have indicated their whole-hearted support of the formation of this group and are urging a large attendance at the reunion dance, the committee declared.
Providing music for the occasion will be Bill Burchit and his orchestra which is scheduled to play from 9 to 12 o'clock. Refreshments will be served at 11 o'clock.
Entertainment will include several informal homecoming acts. Former students and college officials will be introduced.
Early indications point to a representative turnout from many classes. All former students are being urged to contact as many of their school contemporaries as possible, that the affair may be a big success, committee members said.
