Velda Clark, wearing a green taffeta gown, lace headpiece and dainty lace mitts, was the maid of honor. She carried a basket of yellow iris and daisies. Other attendants were Mrs. Dean Ray, sister-in-law of the bride, and Mrs. Trenton Mitchell wearing identical gowns of lavender taffeta and lace accented with matching headpieces and mitts.
Little Miss Nancy Baggott, niece of the bridegroom, eld in a frock of apple green taffeta, was the flower girl. She carried a basket of daisies and yellow iris.
Serving as best man was Richard Baggott; brother of the bridegroom. Ushers were Leighton Henning, Bob Bennett and Sumner Gates.
Nuptial solos, sung by Mrs. Kenneth Alken of Santa Ana, included "On This Day O Beautiful Mother," "Panis Angelicus" and "Our Father." Accompanist was Mrs. A. F. Faust, church more than 225 friends all lives attended the ceremony the occasion Mrs. Ray, the mother, chose a turquoise cented with black accent Mother of the bridegroom Baggott, was attired in faille suit worn with pink sories. Both mothers had cymbidium orchids.

More than 225 friends and relatives attended the ceremony. For the occasion Mrs. Ray, the bride's mother, chose a turquoise suit accented with black accessories. Mother of the bridegroom, Mrs. Baggott, was attired in a greyaille suit worn with pink accessories. Both mothers had corsages of cymbidium orchids.
Following the wedding, the reception was held at the Capilla de San Antonio. Assisting with the hostess duties were Miss Patsy Davis and Miss Anne Page with Mrs. Jerry Lowrey in charge of the guest book.
The newlyweds are establishing their home at 619½ North Philadelphia street.
The new Mrs. Baggott is a graduate of Fullerton high school and Fullerton Junior college. Her husband is an alumnus of Anaheim Union high school, attended Fullerton Junior college and currently is a student in business administration at the University of Southern California.
Cranston Visits Opera Friends
Albert M. Cranston, opera bass and social instructor of this city, enjoyed a reunion Friday with friends who are members of the Metropolitan Opera Company of New York, currently presenting Zelot's famous opera "Carmen" in front of the Shrine Auditorium.

Wisconsin Doctor-Local Bride Return from Short Honeymoon
Dr. John E. Sinsky of Racine, Wisconsin, and his bride, the former Miss Regina DeCoursey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William B. DeCoursey, 7851 Placentia avenue, Anaheim, left Anaheim yesterday morning for North Mount, Wisconsin, where he will complete his Naval course on July 1.
The couple returned here following a short honeymoon to Santa Barbara. They recited their marriage vows Saturday morning at 9:30 o'clock at St. Boniface Catholic church with the Rev. Father Henry Gross officiating.
Upon Dr. Sinsky's discharge from the navy he and his bride will spend three years in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he will be resident doctor at St. Joseph's hospital, that city.
Witnessed by more than 200 relatives and close friends, the ceremony was conducted before the church altar which was beautifully arranged with summer blossoms and shrubs accented by lighted tapers and altar candles. The bride's pathway was marked with a white carpet and the pew posts were tied with white satin ribbon blended with white flowers.
The bride was radiant in a gown of Chantilly lace fashioned with a bertha shoulder effect and full skirt ending in a court train. Her finger-tip veil of illusion net was caught to a juliet cap.
Mr. Sinsky was unable but with Mrs. Sinsky daughter, the bridegroom Mrs. William Stilp from Wisconsin, attired in a ensemble and harmonizing series.
Close friends and relatives in the reception dinner cutting and sharing the national first slice of the hindging cake, the newlywed their Santa Barbara hotel.
For traveling the new sky wore a sun-beige brown accessories accenting crest of her bridal bouquet.

Friends he saw included Rise Stevens who is singing the role of Carmen," Lucille Browning, Mercedes;" George Cehanovsky, Dancaire" and Lorenzo Alvary, Zuniga," the bass role which Cranston often has sung.
Conductor for Friday's performance was Wilford Pelletier, director of the Metropolitan Auditions of the Air.
1949 Vocal Arts Contestants Audition Here
Results of the 1949 vocal contest sponsored by the Musical Arts Association of Orange county, held Sunday afternoon at the local bell club house, were announced this week by Albert M. Cranston, Anaheim, member of the supervisory committee.
Several talented young artists from this city in the competition had scores close to those of winning vocalists, he said.
On the committee in addition to Cranston are Emory Owens of Santa Ana, chairman, and Pearlivesay, Leah Pemberton, Beuah Parker, all of Santa Ana and Louise Chapman of Orange.
Judges included Allan Rogers Sinquist, Dr. Ray Crittenden and Dean Colwell Houghton.
