The girls were literally loaded down with boxes as they came prepared to deliver any quantity desired and the price is the same as last year, 35c a box or 3 boxes for one dollar. According to Mrs. Warren Hodges, who is chairman of the committee again this year, over 7,000 boxes were sold last year and from the results obtained in the first few days of the sale this number should be greatly exceeded. Of the money received, after the cookies are paid for, the Girl Scout Council takes a percentage and the profits are divided among the 48 troops according to the number of boxes sold.
