She carried a white orchid arranged with ice blue streamers gracing a white prayer book. Serving as matron of honor was the bride's sister-in-law, Mrs. George Dempsey who chose a gown of powder blue satin fashioned with a matching net over skirt and matching lace gloves worn with a sweetheart hat of powder blue. She carried a bouquet of pink gladioli accented with blue streamers. Nuptial soloist, Mrs. Frances Harrison, sang "The Lord's Prayer" and "I Love You Truly." The reception was held immediately following the ceremony in the chapel patio, with Mrs. Ralph Rouland, sister of the bridegroom, assisting at the coffee urn. The newlyweds cut and shared the first piece of their three-tiered wedding cake topped with a miniature bridal couple. The miniature replica of the bride was attired in a gown identical to that of the new Mrs. Shultz. Mrs. Shultz, the bridegroom's mother, chose a black dress and matching accessories for the occasion. She had a corsage of white gardenias. The bride attended Springfield schools and currently is employed as a presser at Lakewood Cleaners where her husband is in charge of a route. The bridegroom also attended Springfield schools and served 5 months in the Naval air force during the recent war. He is affiliated with the Orange county sheriff force. The newlyweds are residing at 4319 Bellflower boulevard, Lakewood village. The quiet ceremony was witnessed by a number of very close friends and relatives. Richards-Martin Dance Pageant Next Tuesday With a colorful holiday theme, 'Richards-Martin Yuletide Capers,' the thirteenth annual dance pageant of the Richards-Martin School of Dancing, this city, will be presented December 21, Tuesday night at 8 o'clock at the Anaheim Union high school auditorium under the auspices of the Anaheim Elks band and the Anaheim P.-T. A. council. All proceeds from the benefit program will go to child welfare work sponsored by these organizations, Mrs. Martin announced. A huge cast of talented Anaheim and Orange county youngsters from the school, 719 North Los Angeles street, will be featured. Tickets for the event are now on sale by any Anaheim Elks band member or by Mrs. Emory Simon, 626 North Zeyn street. Phone orders will not be honored. All seats are reserved. It is estimated by usually reliable sources that Mrs. Lenoir Martin has staged, during the past several years, benefit programs creating a total profit of more than $80,000, donating her time and talent for welfare causes. Spokesmen of this year's sponsoring organizations are urging that tickets to the 'Yuletide Capers' be given as Christmas presents. Beginning today (Thursday) and tomorrow, tickets will be on sale at the Richards-Martin studio, 719 North Los Angeles street. Saturday and Sunday tickets may be purchased at the Anaheim union high school box office, it was announced by Mrs. Sam Loard, publicity chairman of the Parent-Teacher association council.
