Under and by virtue of an Execution issued out of the Justice Court of Fullerton Township, the County of Orange, State of California, wherein APPLING COLLECTION COMPANY, a Corporation, is Plaintiff, and ART MORALES also known as ARTHUR MORALES and MRS. ARTHUR MORALES, Defendants, upon a Judgment rendered the 7th day of August, 1946, for the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT and 58/100 Dollars ($148.58) besides costs and interest; and the sum of $148.58 with interest from the 13th day of May 1948, is now (at the date of this writ) actually due on said Judgment.
I have, on the 20th day of May, 1948, levied upon all the right title.
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Administratrix of the Estate of Charles Edvin Thompson, deceased, will sell at private sale to the highest bidder for cash and subject to confirmation by said Superior Court, on Friday, the 11th day of June, 1948, at the hour of ten o'clock A.M., or after said day, at the law office of Harry L. Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, etc. of record.
Notice is hereby given that on WEDNESDAY, the 9th day of June, 1948, at 3:00 o'clock P. M. of said day, I will proceed to sell in front of the City Hall in the City of Anaheim at Public Auction to the highest bidder for cash in lawful money of the United States, all the right, title, claim and interest of said defendants (or either of them) of, in and to the above described property, or so much thereof as may be necessary to raise sufficient to satisfy said judgment with interest and costs.
