WHEREAS the proposed boundaries of said proposed District include a part but not all of the Incorporated territory of the City of Fullerton, and WHEREAS, the Governing Body of said City of Fullerton on the 21st day of October, 1947, has approved the inclusion of such part of its incorporated areas as is included with the above described boundaries of said proposed District by a vote of the majority thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the 2nd day of December, 1947, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M., in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors in the Court House in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, is hereby fixed as the time and place where objections to the formation of said proposed District or to its extent will be heard. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County Clerk and ex-officio Clerk of this Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish this Resolution at length at least twice in the Anaheim Gazette a newspaper of general circulation published in the proposed District.
