The foregoing quantities are approximate only, being given as a basis for the comparison of bids, and the Orange County Flood Control District does not expressly or by implication, agree that the actual amount of work will correspond therewith, but reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of any class or portion of the work, as may be deemed necessary or expedient by the said District. Audubon Screen Lecture Tonight Alexander Sprunt, Jr., well known writer and naturalist, will be the guest speaker for the first lecture of the 1947-48 Audubon Screen Tours lecture series, tonight (Thursday) at 7:30 o'clock, in the Francis Willard Junior high school, Washington at Ross streets, Santa Ana.
