EBELL RUSH TEA SET FOR NEXT SUNDAY Beginning the fall season of the Anaheim Junior Ebell club, the annual rush tea will be held next Sunday afternoon from 3 to 5 o'clock in the clubhouse, 224 North Helena street. Mrs. Paul Winsor, incoming president, will greet prospective members, current club members and their guests. All Junior Ebell clubs in Orange county will be invited to attend the reciprocity meeting in Anaheim October 7, Mrs. Winsor disclosed. RICHARD FISCHLE, JR. Richard Fischle, Jr., was welcomed by his proud parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fischle, of Anaheim, Wednesday morning at 2 o'clock. He weighed eight and one-half pounds, upon arrival in Fullerton hospital. The mother, Mrs. Barbara Fischle, father, and baby are reported "doing well." Maternal grandmother is Mrs. Cordell of 912 East Center street. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Richard Fischle, Sr., 326 South Melrose street. CITY BRIEF Mr. and Mrs. Joe Etchley Route 3, Anaheim, and A Campbell and Joe Sharpe both of Huntington Beach to the hospital with injuring from slight to serious result of a head-on motor hit at the intersection of East Street and Highway 18, known as the Anaheim-Ollate Sunday. Witnesses saw Etchandy car, traveling on Center street, had started a left hand turn when struck by a small car drive nineteen-year-old Allen Ollate who was driving westward Highway 18, with Joe Daisey passenger. Campbell and Mrs. Etchandy were taken balance to Fullerton hospital who appeared only slightly was examined and soon died from Anaheim hospital. When M.C. Campbell and Joe Sharon Day, both of Huntington Beach went to the hospital with injuries ranging from slight to serious as the result of a head-on motor collision at the intersection of East Center Street and Highway 18, otherwise known as the Anaheim-Olive road late Sunday. Witnesses said the Etchandy car, traveling east on center street, had started to make a left hand turn when it was struck by a small car driven by nineteen-year-old Allen Campbell who was driving westward on highway 18, with Joe Day as a passenger. Campbell and Mr. and Mrs. Etchandy were taken by ambulance to Fullerton hospital. Day who appeared only slightly hurt was examined and soon dismissed from Anaheim hospital. When M. C. Hougard got through telephoning in a booth at the McCoy drug store, Center and Los Angeles streets, last Thursday night he found the store locked up and the help gone home. He decided to use the telephone which had got him into his pickle to get him out, and called the police. While the police were trying to find some of the drug store people to tell about Mr. Hougard's double, a woman employee returned to the store to get something she had forgotten and let him out.
