To Face Superior Court Tomorrow On Child Stealing Preliminary hearings in the Anaheim Township court were held last Thursday, when Gilbert H. Black, 22, and John E. Klepinger, 22, both of Orange, were held for superior court on charges of child stealing. Both men were accused of taking two 14 year-old-old girls Tijauana, Mexico, where they were married last July. A complaint to annual one marriage was filed in superior court by Tulsa Wilmoth Black through her mother, Clara Lillian Woolmoth, while Black was facing the township court. It was contended in the annulment proceedings that Black was previously married and had an undivorced wife living. The men will be arraigned in superior court tomorrow. (Pub. Building Permits Four Times Value Over Last Year Twenty permits for the erection of new homes with an evaluation of $136,600 were issued during the month of July, according to city building inspector R. Nyboe, with a total evaluation of permits issued bringing the month's total to $143,902, and the year's so far to $1,286,951. During July of last year, permits with an estimate value of $83,597 were issued, bringing the year's total to that month up to $309,765, or $957,188 less than this year's, demonstrating conclusively that Anaheim is literally and actually in the throes of a truly great building boom. Waltons "Hook" Big Albacores Fred Robbins took first prize with a 22-pound albacore during the sport cruiser fishing expedition, enjoyed by local "Ike" Walton members, last Tuesday. Nabbing second place was Herman Freese with a 20-pound albacore.
