Tip is Offered On Driving in Fog.
Now that autumn has brought the foggy season, car owners who find it necessary to drive after night will be interested in a tip from Southern California Automobile club. "Use the low beam of your headlights and sit as high behind the wheels as possible" is the advice offered.
The theory is that the higher you sit the farther you are from the angle of light refraction.
