City Offers Facilities To Army At Council Meeting Tuesday Night Anaheim offered its facilities to the Army Tuesday evening at a meeting of the City council, and today were waiting a reply to their letter, addressed to Lt. Gen. John D. Witt, Western Defense comander in Sacramento, in which use of the city’s parks, and property was extended to soldiers in the area.
